Equiti are a Dubai‑based broker and online trading platform operating globally through locally regulated subsidiaries.
Challenge
With a new B2C product imminent, Equiti needed a modern marketing technology stack but lacked the in‑house expertise and vendor relationships to build it at speed.
Solution
We designed, onboarded and integrated a new marketing technology stack that matched the current needs of Equiti.
Discovery
We ran a discovery process with key business stakeholders to understand the new B2C product, business goals and resource availability. We then determined the marketing technology needed for Equiti to achieve their business goals.
Managing Technology RFPs
We used the new technology requirement to develop RFP frameworks that would select the best vendors for Equiti’s goals. We managed Equiti throughout the RFP process, directly engaging with vendors on the client's behalf and making introductions where appropriate.
Deployment of Technology Platforms
We introduced several new tech partners including a new Customer Data Platform (CDP), multiple Demand-Side Platform (DSP) collaborators, a Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP), and a Creative Management Platform (CMP). These new addition boosted Equiti's ability to measure their marketing ROI and adopt a more data-driven marketing approach.
Outcome
Five new platforms were fully integrated to be managed in-house. The new marketing technology stack led to a 400% year-on-year increase in the acquisition marketing budget, reflecting leadership confidence in the team’s ability to spend effectively.
